No backseat to fitness
You caught me bound for a little island R and R. You see, vacationing is a perfect fix for the mind & body in order for it to function properly (at least I think). With that said, still I must continue on with a regular health and fitness plan.You know, eating well here and there, then jogging or jet skiing. Although my program may be a bit condensed, due to my trip, it remains a priority to me. I believe this is true for everybody who truly understands, there's no backseat to fitness.
